We deliver workshops across the ML postcode area — including Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, and surrounding communities. We do not have a fixed office open to the public; all sessions take place in community venues.
We accept self-referrals as well as referrals from GPs, social prescribing link workers, and other health and community professionals. No waiting list — just get in touch and we will find the right programme.
Everything you share with us is treated with care and respect. We will never share your details without your consent.
You do not need a GP referral or any professional letter to attend our workshops. Just get in touch.
